School group visits
It is mandatory to book for any group visit from 15 students, whether it is a visit with or without a speaker or a workshop.
Groups limited to 30 students per class. The number of guides is set at 1 free guide for 10 students per class.
Visits with a lecturer in the collections are led by a lecturer from the Museum. Speakers are free to determine their tour route depending on the attendance in the rooms, the number of students and the grade level.
GUIDED TOUR OF THE PERMANENT COLLECTION
The guides of the Musée de Montmartre offer tours suitable for all ages to experience our permanent collections in a lively way.
Children will discover the history of the Butte through an educational guided tour led by our guides. They will approach emblematic works by Steinlen (Le Chat Noir), Valadon or André Gill (Le Lapin Agile).

SCHOOL WORKSHOP VISIT
Let your students discover the history of Montmartre in a different way, by involving them in a creative activity! We offer themes related to our permanent collections, such as Les Moulins de Montmartre, Le Théâtre d'ombres, Fleurs de Valadon, Renoir and Impressionism, as well as workshops linked to our temporary exhibitions.

FREE VISIT
School groups have the opportunity to visit the Museum, the temporary exhibitions and the appartment of Suzanne Valadon and Maurice Utrillo. During their visit, the children will be able to dive into the history of the place and go back to its origins.
Students must remain in groups and be accompanied by a teacher responsible for their visit to the museum.
